Brighton Academy North: 2800 N. Church Rd Liberty, MO 64068

Pay scale & benefits have an annual audit to be adjusted and/or added to. For example: Globe Life and matching 401K was added in 2024

Candidates for this position is someone who has, but not limited too:
-available for opening hours (5:45am) and/or closing hours (6:00pm)
-at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility and/or working towards a degree in the childcare field
-is dependable
-is able to provide a challenging and engaging learning environment
-has a positive attitude
-enjoys working with kids and others
-is personable

Starting probationary pay $15 (pay determined by education and experience) benefits, detailed scheduling, etc. is all discussed during the interview process.
