Early Childhood Educators — Lead Teachers & Co-Teachers
Brighton Academy Early Childhood Education is growing, and we’re looking for passionate educators to join our team!

❤️ LEAD TEACHERS
Full-Time | $17.00–$19.75/hour
Our Lead Teachers create a loving, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
Lead Teacher responsibilities include:
• Creating a warm, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Planning and implementing weekly lesson plans
• Providing engaging learning experiences through play-based learning
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Working collaboratively with co-teachers and the administrative team
• Following all applicable childcare licensing requirements and center policies
Lead Teacher candidates are preferred to have:
• Previous experience working as a Lead Teacher
• Experience creating and implementing curriculum or lesson plans
• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center
🌱 CO-TEACHERS
Full-Time or Part-Time | $16.50–$18.75/hour
Our Co-Teachers work alongside Lead Teachers to create a loving, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
Co-Teacher responsibilities include:
• Assisting Lead Teachers with daily classroom responsibilities
• Supporting weekly lesson plans and classroom activities
• Engaging children through play-based learning
• Building positive and meaningful relationships with students
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Supporting children’s daily routines and developmental needs
• Working as part of a collaborative classroom team
Co-Teacher candidates must have:
• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• A desire to continue learning and growing as an early childhood professional
