Mr. Jordan

Jordan Guilkey comes to BA with many years of culinary and education experience. He worked for several years as the Sous Chef at Conrads, Kitchen Manager and Assistant GM at Slim Chickens and also worked as a custodian in the Kearney school district.

Jordan is very active with many non-for profit organizations around town. When he is not working, Jordan works with and cares for his cousin who has downs syndrome. He enjoys video games and hanging out at home with his cat named Meliodas.

Jordan refers to himself as a big nerd. He loves all things Dungeons and Dragons and Godzilla. He loves anything and everything spicy!
